I do not want any surgery to remove fibroids. Another Opt. is uterine artery embolization. It is not yet enough research to determine if the causes of infertility. Someone he knows the outcome of a possible pregnancy after this procedure?
I do not think anyone (especially anyone here) can say what his opportunities will maintain their fertility after the procedure. There are reports of women who become pregnant after the process of uterine artery embolization and successful pregnancies. However, no conclusive data or scientific results that establish the safety of uterine fibroid embolization on fertility and pregnancy. You know. My advice would be You may need a second opinion on this subject before the procedure. Another doctor can not disagree with: 1) the fibroids need to be removed from treated before his family and 2) Water is the best treatment for you. Please get a second opinion (or two) before deciding to do something that * can * permanently affect your ability to bear children. Good chance.
