successful pregnancy after uterine artery embolization?

I have one of 29 who wish to conceive a child within a few years. I a large fibroid in the uterus is removed before the entire design and construction period is possible. I do not want any surgery to remove fibroids. Another Opt. is uterine artery embolization. It is not yet enough research to determine if the causes of infertility.
