YAZ pills, side effects, NSAIDs?

Hi, I have 39, without children and now I am about to try Yaz as my third attempt to form AC to reduce cramps and periods of high due to uterine fibroids. Tested and abandoned Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and generic Highness because of side effects. But my periods are very painful, so I'll try another method. That Yaz my last hope! I am encouraged by the ladies who seem less bothered by the stomach, fatigue and general yuckiness on a normal jacket. Please share your experiences with me Yaz.
