Very sore breast and nipples?

I am 40 yrs old and have fibroids. My cycle sometimes goes 10 days or more. I just had a period a couple of days ago but my breast were sore atleast 3 weeks before that and they are still sore now. When I sleep at night and roll over they feel like moving a ton of bricks. When I sit up in the bed at night they hurt like ????. I tried changing to the wireless bra’s which eased the pain quit a bit during the day, but I can not sleep in those either. If I go without a bra during the day, my tee shirts irritate my breast bad that I can’t stand that either. My husband it beginning to think I’m just trying to get out of being intimate with him, but he’s completely wrong. I am in agony of the breast. Can someone please give me some advise? Is this a symptom of the (M) word?

Now you are scaring me. I am 37 and just weaned my baby and have the same exact symptoms you mentioned although it’s not fibroids and I’m not familiar with those but now you are making me wonder. I’ve already started taking a natural remedy for (M) hoping it will make the change a lot easier. The best advice I can offer is to use hot packs on them and maybe take asprin for the pain. I literally cannot wear a shirt as well and this does tend to have more intimate times with my husband as well where it is painful even to hug him or the kids. When it comes to me and him, we had to work together during that intimate time to find positions that would not put pressure on my breasts. Now I’m going to have to research this.
