I am attached. Need advice.?

I am 11 1 / 2 weeks pregnant. Today, I see an obstetrician and a midwife, and I'm not authorized to do so. I told the midwife last night I let him know in a day or two if I decide to go with him or stay with my obstetrician. He ordered blood and urine analysis for me. She said that IPS will order my tests and weeks 19 and ultrasound, and if I chose the gynecologist, who had before my blood test and urine at my OB and cancel the other IPS and ultrasound. I see the OB today. Look, I really want to go with a midwife, but part of me is scared because I've never been a midwife before, but my two previous pregnancies ended in miscarriage, rapidly progressing endometriosis and uterine fibroids. The midwife did not seem worried about it, but it scares me to think what could happen without OB. Should I go with the midwife as I want, or go to the gynecologist but I like the waiting time and the hospital's experience with a gynecologist?

Follow your instincts! You can never be too cautious. But again there are plenty of us women out there who have had problems with pregnancies too, either an obstetrician or midwife!
