Uterine Fibroid During Pregnancy

I have 13 weeks of pregnancy and during my ultrasound doc said I had a small fibroid that is about over my baby. I do not know if I should be worried or not. Do you or someone you know has a counterpart in pregnancy and does not interfere with work at all?
