Mri Ultrasound Fibroid

Ultrasound-guided therapy MRI fibroids?
My wife has a 15 cm fibroid. She is 50 years and recently graduated from engineering school. She would like to find a job, but a hysterectomy leaving the market more than desired. Uterine artery embolization is not an option because it is allergic to iodine used in the procedure. My question, has anyone had ultrasound therapy guided by MRI in this condition? How work? All ducts in which you can do (except Mount Sinai) in the North? Thanks
This is beyond my Ken, Charlie. If it were me and my lady I would say that any work can wait. Non-invasive procedures such as ultrasound, generally better sound (in more ways than one) on the theory that the practice, anyway. Good luck, get an education on the response.
