Did anyone get pregnant while you have uterine fibroids, and later regretted?

My doctor told me I should have fibroids removed before becoming pregnant because of possible complications of pregnancy. But I know that there are possible complications of surgery as well. I pan 6 large fibroids, all Intramuros, the oldest of 6 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter

I can not imagine w / 6 large fibroids (uterus within and outside) in '06. I must admit I felt really sore b / c the fibroids began to grow w / the baby. He was born five months prematurely because of an infection … no b / c of fibroids. We have tried to conceive for almost a year of infertility drugs cons w / but nothing happened. Finally, I am convinced that the tumors have been removed b / c it seemed like the last resource. I had removed in April and accidentally created in that month too! Oops The doctor said we could resume our activities … We do not believe that this would esp in a baby since she had tried for a year. But I feel much better than those taken away and not have to stress and fatigue my body and baby. Advise all those who have fibroids have been removed by a doctor specializing in the preservation of the uterus b / C I initially said to be having a hysterectomy.
