what can I do to get my long term lesbian partner to come back to me?
we have been in a relationship for close to seven years the past 5 have been traumatic due to an injury and consequent cervical spinal surgeries and being disabled tooth loss many pain meds .. and the past year finding out she has a large fibroid tumorhe size of an 8 month old baby in her belly I left my drs cold turkey off the many meds went through some bad times during the withdrawel we haven’t slept together in awhile due to our issues we moved across country to find our life bought a house and she decides to sleep with a coworker and subsequently move in with her I know her head is messed up due to her tumor issue and her thoughts cannot be clear I love her and don’;t want to accept this reality I know it cannot be what do I do to get her home and to love me again
Honey, I don’t think it’s the tumor making her act this way, except in the sense that health issues make you realize life is short, and maybe she’s envisioning a different life now. That doesn’t mean she’s right in leaving you, especially since you stood by her during bad times, but she’s probably not coming back. You need to accept that you deserve someone who loves you and wants to be only with you. Please see a counselor so you can come to terms with your grief. Sorry about this, but I know you’ll be OK if you just give it some time.
