Why have a D & C when you have never been pregnant and you miss periods?
I went to the hospital the doctor had all sorts of quiz to find out why not get pregnant, I am over 35 years. old. 3 years ago just got married. I omit the periods of my life. HSG If a doctor thinks he saw a fibroid HSG was done in my tenure was that he was not sure. He wants to do a D & C, I do not have this procedure because I think it will improve my chances pregnancy. In fact, it could harm. It is I think what worries me. I do not want to undergo a hysterectomy. I try to have a baby. D & C women heavy bleeding and had miscarriages. I've never been pregnant forever. My periods come every two months. Please, if anyone can give me good advice please help. I prayed as I'm concerned about the Lord. My sister is so negative, so if you need it is better to have a hysterectomy to live and not die. I understand, but I do not see the point of a D & C, not in my case. Thanks for listening. Dilation and curettage (D & C) is a procedure that is to scrape or suction away the lining of the uterus. He is considered a safe and routine procedure. D & C may be used to detect fibroids. That seems more likely by your doctor recommends the procedure now. I'm not a doctor, I'm not going to start trying to tell whether or not a D & C is right for you, but my advice is to consult your doctor will tell you very clearly why he or she feels the procedure is necessary. If you do not feel comfortable with the answer they give you, seek a second opinion from another doctor.
