Fibroids or pregnant? How accurate are ultrasounds?! Please I need help?

I come from ultra doctor and found that had a 6 cm fibroid on top of my belly. It has never been mistaken for a fibroid pregnancy? I had sex (w / condom and spermicide) for early June to Now there were two periods, 19 per month. (I've been without sex) I did not ask the dr because my mother was present. But perhaps the ultra-100% accuracy is a fibroid? Answers serious please. Thanks I have a blood test at the end of July and it was negative …

When I was in very early pregnancy with my first baby (we speak, a few days before I lost my period, then maybe 2.5 to 3 weeks of pregnancy), I had an ultrasound and found "a lot of cysts," which, in my doctor a week and a half later, was that the placenta is formed, so that the ultrasound technology is not sure what he saw, my doctor knew best, I had a positive pregnancy test. However, I have never heard of a 6cm fibroid real confused with a baby. I'm assuming your doctor is experienced and can distinguish between a fibroid and a baby, especially if what he found was 6 cm and had no heartbeat, umbilical cord, placenta, etc. (For this size, The baby must be at least 12 weeks). So, in conclusion, if you have a lump or something in the uterus or 6 cm, not be confused, as it would at least 12 weeks of pregnancy, the baby nails and nail growin now, surely there would be a heartbeat, umbilical cord, placenta, etc and no one could be confused a fibroma. I'm also pretty sure that the baby does not implant in the top of the uterus, but the bottom. Good luck.
