What is wrong with my ovaries?

I have 24 years of age. April 1 was wrong about the month has changed my body so bad. during pregnancy, I bled every day. I started the pain in my left ovary area. the doctor to verify, but there was nothing. after my miscarraige, pain began to fall and a month after my surgery I went to an exam because he could not take anymore. not the physician to determine the cysts as I thought. found fibroma, the size of a dime. But she said that the size of fibroids can cause so much pain. I thought it was just me. Now both sides are wrong. constantly. all the time. it hurt like a dull ache behind. ! I can never understand. I have a baby and have been trying for four months but nothing! I swear it hurts me so often and so well iw ISH could remove the ovaries to see this! Has anyone had this type of pain or to know more? help … I do not know what wrong with my ovaries!
