Vaginal ultrasound in 6-7 weeks? Fibroids also.?

Hello, I recently discovered I'm pregnant - seven home test that sticks. For spotting (brown) at the time my period usually come, the doctor sent me a vaginal ultrasound two days ago. When they did, I was only four weeks in June days. The sonographer sees no evidence of a sack "gestational. He said this is normal because it is too early. Is this true? Took some blood from me and once again that today so you can check the changes to My HCGs to determine if I have a normal pregnancy or if the spots are a sign of a problem. My question is: how can early success with vaginal ultrasound to show the gestational sac? It is around 6-7 weeks? In addition, the ultrasound shows I have four in my uterus firbroids. The sonographer said not to worry, because they are outside my womb. However, the printed report, said one of them is a pedunculated fibroid. Such sounds scary!

It is quite normal because there must be a bag in the first stage of pregnancy. If the examiner is able to create 4 weeks 6 days of gestation, with half the egg can not really be time to implement in full uerine lining and if only starting to develop. Basically, just look like a mass of cells in utrine wall. You could not make ua gestational sac until about 6-7 weeks and even then may not be able to see a heartbeat for a week or two beyond the other. The hormone hCG will tell whether the increases, indicating that the pregnancy progresses. I think thay look hormones doubled. Not sure of the fibroids, but it is something that worries then call your doctor. If the examiner does not feel they have a problem, though not really worry too. Many women have them and never know!
