Fibroid Mri Treatment
I need info about a possible fibroid tumor on my uterus…
I had an MRI on my hip about three weeks ago and I went to my doctor yesterday to discuss the results. She told me that the test also showed a possible fibroid tumor on my uterus, A few questions: Can they tell just from the MRI that it is fibroid as opposed to malignant? Also, what is the treatment for a fibroid tumor? ANY info you can share with me will be appreciated.
the only way to tell if it is malignant(cancerous) or benign(non-cancerous) is to do a biopsy. I’m so sorry. I hope it’s malignant and you are ok! good luck!
