Does iron capsule reduce periods?
I take iron capsule 1 a day from the 3rd day of my periods since last 5 months. I noticed that before I used to bleed for 6.5 days but after taking iron from 3rd day I bleed for 5 days only. Is this due to iron or what ? I am supposed to have heavy periods as I have a fibroid.
Yes, sure. The more iron you intake, lesser the time of periods. As increase of iron in blood increases your HB level. So you become stronger.
