Fibroid Facts
Any advice?
I had a miscarriage in Feb. this year. They say it was most likely caused by a fibroid crowding the amniotic sack. I was scheduled to have surgery this past Monday, but I found out 4 days before that, even though we were so very careful, I am pregnant again. Countinf from ovulation, I should be starting week 6 today. My hCG levels went from 344 to 3150 in just 4 days and today they are working me into their schedule for an ultrasound.
I am trying to stay optimistic and positive, but am somewhat nervous because of what’s happened in the past and the fact that my hormones jumped so much in 4 days.
Any insight, experiences or advice? Thank you in advance! 
EDIT–I know I’m 6 weeks, because I counted from my lmp That’s the one good thing–I kind of have some of the info down now.
Oh, I did say from ovulation……my bad, I meant from first day of LMP.
The surgery I was to have on Monday was to remove the fibroid, so it’s still inside my uterus.
I know your afraid, but get to your OBGYN and get plenty of rest, and take plenty of folic acid… I too had a miscarriage sometime back and I know the toll it can take on you…it is in the man aboves hands now…. I hope everything works out for you…you all will be in my prayers..
