Fibroid Ablation
I have a fibroid on my utures that was lasered on 11/5/09.?
I am now experiencing the same severe pain all over again. My Gyn told me I could either have the fibroid removed or have a total hysterectomy. I also have endometriosis. I had a ablation on 9/07 so I have no period but still have the symptoms of one. I fear the endometriosis is just spreading like wildfire. Has anyone ever had to make this choice?
Hi there well at least I know I am not the only one having to make such a mind blowing decision. I had several fibroid’s removed in 2005 and my specialist did say at the time that more could grow at any point in the future, so here I am faced with the same dilemma as yourself.
I think you need to sit down with your partner/family member or even your best friend and discuss this with them – get their opinions then sleep on it for 1-2 days before making a final decision
