Would you seek a lawyer in this case?

I have a 6 year history of uterine fibroids, and have 4 years of ultrasound tests and MRI’s to prove it. I underwent surgery on Friday and was put under anesthisia and cut open in my nave and left side of my stomach. The surgeon told my mother that she did not see ANY fibroids at all. So, after I came out of anesthisia I insisted to talk to the surgeon, I was given her fellw resident who informed me that they saw fibroids but did not take them out because they were 1cm. They have caused me sever pain for 6 years and should have been taken out no matter the size. Moreover I should not have been cut because the camera inserted in my vagina should have definately told them if their were fibroids or not, without cutting me! So why in the hell did they cut me?? And why two different stories???

sometimes by using the cystoscopy camera (into your vagina) it may not show …therefore, doing a laporoscopy (inserting camera near/in belly button so they can see further into the stomach area)….YOu would have KNOWN you were going under and what the procedure entailed..i would ask to see the results of the findings….and ask why u were told 2 different stories, first you have fibroids then you didn’t then they were only 1cm so were left in there……..IF you’re still getting the run about..then i would contact a lawyer to see if he can get the answers for you….and find out if someone is covering up something..or what is going on with your health~* GOodLucK*
