Does Fibroids Cause Back Pain

WHY IS MY STOMACH BIG AND HARD THEN FLAT WHEN I LAY DOWN?

I AM A MOTHER OF TWO. I AM OVER WEIGHT AND RECENTLY MY STOMACH HAS GOTTEN HUGE. IT IS HARD WHEN I’M STANDING EVEN SITTING, BUT WHEN I LAY DOWN FLAT ON MY BACK IT BECOMES VERY SOFT ALMOST FLAT. I HAVE A LOT OF THINGS DOING ON WITH MY BODY KINDA MAKES ME ? A PREGNANCY. BACK IN MAY MY CYCLE BECAME IRREGULAR FROM ALWAYS BEING ON TIME. MY BOOBS HAVE HAD THIS THROBBING PAIN AND EVEN A LITTLE DISCHARGE WELL MAINLY IF I MANIPULATE IT. I FEEL SUMTHING MOVING NOT SURE IF ITS GAS OR WHAT. MY BELLY BUTTON IS CHANGING. IT HAS BECOME VERY SOFT. KIND OF FLAT I GUESS ON ONE SIDE I USED TO BE ABLE TO GRIP IT I CANT ANYMORE, UNLESS LYING FLAT ON MY BACK. IVE SEEN THE DOCTOR WAITING FOR A FOLLOW-UP. IM JUS ANXIOUS. SHE SAID I COULD POSSIBLY HAVE FIBROIDS BUT SHE COULDNT DETECT ANY WITH AN EXAM. MY PERIODS ARE NOT AS HEAVY AS SHE SAID THEY WERE. SHE SAID THEY WERE HEAVY AND THAT CAUSES ANEMIA. IM REALLY NERVOUS. ANYBODY HAVE SOMETHING FOR ME.

Pauli,
Your body changes after childbirth, but be sure to keep yourself in shape as much as you can. I know it’s hard with two little ones, but you could take them strolling, biking, or to the park where you push them on the swings or catch them coming down the slide. If I were you, I would have a good check up with a female doctor. Ask for a pregnancy test and MAKE SURE that is not the issue. Hopefully you are taking precautions against another pregnancy. Cut down on sugar–cut it out if possible. Cut down on salt–cut it out if possible. Start eating right with fruits and vegetables. Make sure your kids are eating healthy things too so they develop positive habits.
As you get older, the fat comes off SO MUCH HARDER, so work on it now. Drink water, exercise with your little ones, and cook with vegetables and fruits and see what happens. Give yourself six weeks though….That’s how long it takes to see the effects of exercise! Better get started! Oh, and don’t forget that doctor’s appointment….That is step one so you don’t drink or take meds that might hurt a developing little one!
