Back Pain Fibroids
i have severe abdominal&lower back pains 2 days after menstrual. wnt to er and say nothing wrg. now im cloting
for last 3 months during menstrual i have unusual clotting. after last menstrual (2days) ive had presistent lower abdominal and back pains. went to er had pelvic and sonogram, was told nothing wrong. i have fibroids but they never bothered me. now im bleeding and passing clots and i just finished my menstrual 6 days ago. should i go back to er? pain is still there too. could i have unknowingly had a miscarriage and in need of a dnc?
I work in an ER, not to say that they are not GREAT at what they do…but given your history I would make an appointment with your GYN. Explain that you have fibroid and now you are having pain and clots. They should get you in a little sooner. Having had fibroid and cysts, its not an emergent deal. You really don’t need to return to the ER they cant treat the real problem anyway you will still get referred to a GYN. Take some Ibuprofen, use some hot or cold packs and wait for your appointment. I guess that miscarriage could be a possibility but this is also how fibroids progress.
